Jerusha Fox, designer and weaver was born in the Mohave Desert to traveling musicians. Born of a long line of ancestral Weavers and Spinners; she carries a 100-year-old towel woven by an ancestor in Eastern Europe as a kind of talisman.
One of eleven, the weaver grew up exploring the Western United States from Arizona to Wyoming and every place in-between. Some years were fanciful, painting the desert while others were beautiful struggle-fighting fires on the Wind River Reservation. The Rocky Mountains, First People and Ancient Artifacts solidified a passionate interest in textiles.
Jerusha long studied Weavers and Spinners in Eastern European Pagan Rites and Folklore Traditions; where-in Weavers and Spinners were portrayed as Goddesses. LÖM RESERVE was born of a young designer's passion to honor tradition and to be a leader in The Made in America Sustainable Luxury Movement.
